By using our platform, you are asked to pay upfront for your session.

You can reschedule your appointment only prior to 24 hours before your session.

If either you or your clinician cancel prior to 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will receive a full refund. Cancelling within 24hours of your session’s scheduled start time will incur full expenses.
