To reschedule or refund, we will require at least 24 hours prior to session time. In order to proceed you need to click on the session and choose either the rescheduling or the cancelling option from "Home" and "confirm"
If you are trying to reschedule within the 24 hours from session time, then the system will allow you to only cancel the session and you will be charged for the full session.
